Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
N1CE ships within the United States only. This policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed the same or next business day after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the following business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Carrier & Estimated Transit Time
Orders are shipped via UPS. Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Age Verification & Adult Signature
N1CE products are intended exclusively for adults 21+. All orders are age-verified at checkout. Where required by applicable state or local law, an adult signature (21+) is required at the time of delivery, and the carrier will not release the package without verifying the recipient’s age.
