1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing n1ce.com, placing orders, or entering into a business relationship with N1CE Pouches Nevada LLC ("N1CE," "we," "us," or "our"), you, as a business entity ("Buyer" or "you"), agree to these B2B Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. These Terms govern all purchases, including bulk orders. We may update these Terms at any time; continued engagement constitutes acceptance. Review this page regularly.
2. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to verify Buyer’s business status, tax ID, and order details to prevent fraud. This may involve requesting documentation (e.g., business license, EIN) or contacting you. We may hold or cancel orders suspected of fraud, misrepresentation, or non-compliance without notice. Shipping addresses must be verified commercial locations.
3. Business Eligibility & Liability Agreement
By ordering, Buyer represents and warrants:
- You are a legitimate business entity authorized to purchase for resale or commercial use.

4. Intellectual Property

Products and the Site are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Site access or product consistency. Buyer assumes all risks for resale performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
N1CE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from product use, Site access, or order issues—even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order. Buyer indemnifies N1CE against claims from misuse or non-compliant resale.
8. Pricing & Minimum Order Quantities

15. Order Changes & Cancellations
